  Re: New MOC: The Starflux

(...) Bruce, As has been said, this thing is a beauty! I remember seeing the teaser pics and thinking those proportions are something you don't see very much and are so cool! As Gil commented, this is a work of art, and with that said I think that (...) (21 years ago, 12-Jun-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

(...) Excellent post, James! One thing I might add is this -- I have built quite a few MOCs I've never posted. It just doesn't do it for me. Sometimes I show friends pictures, or more often I bring them to LUG meetings and fests. It's partially (...) (21 years ago, 12-Jun-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: Discussion of Train Table Sizes

(...) Great question, and one that I might have some insight on, since I am on a number of different club mailing lists. The answer is "it depends". I would say that the majority of clubs do not practice setup in advance but just turn up on the day. (...) (20 years ago, 16-Dec-04, to lugnet.trains.org)

I should have also mentioned that we especially invite other AFOLs to come hang out with us at the display. The GMLTC could use some more active members and this is an ideal place to meet us and see if you might be interested in becoming involved in (...)   Shop@Home Nightmare! (from a now ex-AFOL)

At the last weekend's GMLTC showing, I found out from another club member that LEGO still had some of the light gray brick packs available.
