Re: New Part: 973p108.dat Minifig Torso with Endor Camouflage pattern

(...) When doing patterns on parts, I sometimes find it helpful to look at the way TLC has drawn the pattern in their instructions. They'll often simplify the pattern in a way that is much more LDraw-able than the real pattern. Steve (24 years ago, 13-Dec-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Just like the classic space figs wear. Of course if these things are (...) (24 years ago, 22-Nov-00, to lugnet.lego.direct)

(...) Yup, my son bought one of these bot thingies - the figs are indeed appalling, so he ditched it and replaced with a Lego fig to taste. The pieces are larger, and the joints are click hinge types, both flexors and rotators. Having said that, the (...) (24 years ago, 20-Nov-00, to lugnet.off-topic.clone-brands)

A not so quick word of thanks

At the risk of sounding like a windbag I’d like to take a few seconds to thank (in no particular order) a bunch of people who inspire me to build mecha. I didn’t thank anyone when I posted for “02” because I was doing the dramatic story thing. I’d (...) (24 years ago, 20-Nov-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Floating optional lines on 977 Minifig hand

Last night was toying with some minifig dat files I created with the nifty leocad minifig modeler when I spotted what looked like some bad type 5 lines on the hands. So I loaded just part 977 into l3lab and zoomed in. Sure enough, when you spin the (...) (24 years ago, 24-Jan-01, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)
