Since this is always (so far) on a white torso, the part colour controls the tunic colour (red or blue), and the torso is hard-coded white. As usual LMKWYT.   Another 6wide/8wide ramble was: Re: Future of LEGO Trains ? was Re: Model Railroad Scenery

Your right, I'm against 8 wide and havn't built any 8 wide. Why not? Lots of reasons: 1) 8 wide demands larger scenery and buildings. If your logic for building 8 wide is because LEGO minifig trucks are 6 wide then you should make all your buildings (...) (25 years ago, 24-Feb-00, to lugnet.trains)

Re: advice for CATEGORY - Pirate Cutlass and Castle Greatsword

Hi all, First off, "Hi" to Joyce (my toy dealer friend) and Sean (another AFOL who attended my LEGOfest), who both now have access to read this group, but not yet to post to it (?) 8-) Joyce will not be able to attend Redditch as it clashes with (...) (25 years ago, 22-Feb-00, to lugnet.loc.uk)

(...) That's why I think common-characters-only packs would be a great solution. The rare special characters are still in the big sets, yet you can get a lot of the basic people. (25 years ago, 2-Apr-00, to lugnet.dear-lego)

I'm willing to purchase minifig accessories from the original "Yellow Castle" era. As I'm sure you know, this includes only Light-Gray helmets, swords, lances, shields, and breastplates. I don't mind if the sheilds and breastplates have stickers (...) (25 years ago, 13-Mar-00, to lugnet.castle)

(...) Start with the minifig ... go with the theme;) Verneer has both a space and a castle version, and whatever is necessary for him becomes "in" for the time. (Castle or Space). I am too much of a minifig person though, so I am very biased;) -- pn (25 years ago, 8-Mar-00, to lugnet.castle)
