Since my Lego model of the pyramid is only 82 studs per side (and 41 bricks high) and the real thing has a base measureing 705 feet per side, I would have to scale it up by a factor of 8.5 in linear dimension to (...) Much more character than the official LEGO pirates, and like John, I am surprised how piratey they look without the obvious additions of wooden legs, hook hands, or even the skull & crossbones hat. | Aye! I've always been a fan of pirates. Prior to Lego's official Pirates line I was forced to create my pirate figures with non-Lego material. I leave out the link to those customized figs here.
