Re: Microsoft and LEGO Company Announce a Shared Dream

I'm glad I finally got my 1.5 version RIS this year. When the MS "enhanced" 2.0 kit arrives, my robots will act like brain-dead zombies, bashing into skirting boards and inexplicably locking up every five minutes. Now they'll have to invent a (...) (24 years ago, 11-Jan-01, to lugnet.robotics)

(...) The problem there is that the inventories at (URL) are pretty much static/dead data at this point. It's an area that's unlikely to get updated. Talk to LEGO, they are very understanding about this. They swapped 3 dead motors out for me, and two of them were at least 18 months old. I couldn't even remember what sets they came in, let alone packaged. Regards, Dave. -- patel wrote in message (...) (24 years ago, 9-Jan-01, to lugnet.robotics)

Well, I understand this whole debate came from the initial posting of gun control. And I agree that controlling guns may not have the desired affect upon gun related crimes, since only law-abiding citizens will register. But lately, it sounds like (...)   Pitt LUG?

Does Pittsburgh Have a LUG? I looked at the LUG map and as with most things we seem to be in the dead area between New England and the Midwest (NELUG and GMLUG) how many people are there from pittsburgh anyway? I'm not a good enough bluffer to use a realistic toy in a standoff, so I bought something that's capable of killing, not just a BB gun or pea shooter. I need to have the real thing behind my (...)
