  6716 Canon

Hello Western Fans I have a question for anyone who owns the set 6716. I recently got a copy of the instructions for 6716 Weapons Wagon. It is not clear what type of canon this set has. Is it an all gray non-shooting type, gray with black pull tab (...) (24 years ago, 31-Jan-01, to lugnet.western)

Re: New Carrier - Starship Gibraltar

(...) Thanks! The fighter is based on Mark Sandlin's "Sprite." I studied Mark's pics and built a Sprite but all I had were A-Wing canopies, which are clear. It just didn't look right. So, I tried an alternate fighter so I could build at least 8 of (...) (24 years ago, 25-Mar-01, to lugnet.space)

  Re: More Lego wallpaper, please!

I can't seem to find it now, but not long ago someone posted some Ldraw-type pics of the impossible to disassemble technic cube that had clear beams and a light blue background that would make very nice wallpaper. (23 years ago, 30-May-01, to lugnet.publish, lugnet.general)

I guess you are right. I remember now that I saw another rare piece in my friend's lego box, a 3 x 3 x 1 red door with clear window, which I have seen in truck sets in lugnet guide. Thanks. (...) (23 years ago, 5-Jun-01, to lugnet.general)

Larry, (...) I could, but I don't think we have a MTLC logo yet, we can just use letters for now. Did you want clear labels or white ones? How big did you want it? (...) I can get it over there quick enough, it is just a matter of specifiying it (...) (23 years ago, 25-Jun-01, to lugnet.org.us.michlug)

Good info. Thanks! I have two questions about this: 1. Is it possible to get a .gif to work with transparency? 2. I am not totally clear on how you flip an image end for end, or rotate it. Yes, it is the Seamus Heaney translation of Beowulf. I started reading it in the airport. Mattias, Very nice coaches. I really like the aspect ratio of these windows. I also like the aspect ratio of the 2x4x2 non-sloped clear windshields (see smaller coach in the last linked picture).
