Yes - those are going to be OK.

Need a shaft the right size, need to know that the voltage/current
conditions will be right...!  Perhaps the vendor will recommend??

All Radio control servo's work on the same voltages.  The analog
ones are all compatible - you probably want to stay clear of the
digital ones.

Shaft sizes (and number of 'teeth' on the end of the axle) are very
variable - but AFAIK, none of them are directly Lego compatible.
