Mattias,

Very nice coaches. I really like the aspect ratio of these windows. I also
like the aspect ratio of the 2x4x2 non-sloped clear windshields (see smaller
coach in the last linked picture). The 1x4x3 are far too square.

Thanks for the link to my page...

Here's the coaches you mentioned in your reply. I built:
4 blue - www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=10759,
3 red (1st class) - www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=10762,
1 green bagage - www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=10760, and
1 orange bistro - www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=10761 cars.
The red & blue are 38 studs long, the green & orange are a bit shorter, all
reasonable to run on a large layout with clearence on the inside of curves.

There is also a set of small 2 axel coach using these windows -
www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=8496
And I have used these in black on a steam engine.

Here are the big 62 studs long coaches
(www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=68216) I have been working on. I
started out making them with a tan, "McD" blue-purple, and yellow
pin-stripes color scheme. I think this is close to the Reingold livery.
Unfortunately I used all my blue-purple bricks on the first coach so I had
to used a different color scheme
(www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=100514), sticking with earth tone
colors. That blur in the center is a lion's head, I really like the the gold
piece you used. Here's a close up
(www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=100515) with a smaller "normal
sized" coach in comparison. On the end by the door the coach tappers and I
used rounded plates.
