| I recently posted a question on how to clean old LEGO parts and remove graphics from new ones. The universal answer was to use Brasso. | Yeah, I got it the first time, but I still managed to type plates instead of TILES. That's what happens when you stare at a computer screen too long. I can't think of any sets that had clear TILES. I still say it had to be an early town set..... (...) (22 years ago, 7-Apr-03, to lugnet.inv)

| Thanks for your help :-D Just so I'm clear, ref pink book page 10-17. Does the "bit_set( 0x1021, 1 );" refer to bit 0 -EDG3B, and bit_clear( 0x1021, 2 ); " refer to bit 1 -EDG3A. | This is really cool. I like these ships alot. However, I think your N-1 could be a little less tall. I would take out the 1x2 yellow plate at the bottom of the cockpit assembly, ans not use the 2x1 clear slope. Rather I would use clear 1x2 plate (...) (22 years ago, 20-Jan-03, to lugnet.cad)
