  Re: motorized tank questions

(...) While this is not my primary area of building, I have noticed that the rubber tracks that came with the Cybermaster kits are relatively long and have sufficient grip to at least clear some obstacles. The downside of this is, that the rubber (...) (18 years ago, 5-Jul-06, to lugnet.build.military)

Hello Everyone, I have 8017 pieces still in stock. Current sale value, 60% off my already low prices, is $459.24. I would like to clear the last of this out in one lot. Sale will include a bunch of free stuff like a bag of new minifig heads. I will (...) (18 years ago, 30-Jun-06, to lugnet.market.brickshops, lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

Hello Bruce, There is recently a warehouse sale in the Hong Kong Lego distributor. And following your idea, I've also bought 5 sets of 6706 Frontier Patrols in order to build up my army!!!! (...) Wow, I totally agree. Though not so much about the added Curator responsibility. I tried to keep that job fun (^_^); and I'd hate to see the individual groups become any more like mini-universes. I think I prefer the idea of having a site-wide (...)   Re: 7-Wide BNSF & TTX Intermodal Train & Crane

(...) In my personal experience, most 7-wide trains run well on layouts with standard curves. IMO 7-wide is in a nice sweet spot between 6-wide practicality and the extra detail of 8-wides. On the subject of scale, 7-wides also blend in reasonably (...) (18 years ago, 27-Jun-06, to lugnet.trains, FTX)
