Well I've had enough of the problems with my webhost that I've finally decided to switch. You've probably noticed that the old site was down most of the time due to bandwidth and it has gotten worst during the last few months. Good thing that the (...)   Re: Alternate 8458 MOC: Sportscar with instructions

(...) Hi Travis, It is a big surprise that I see a reply on something I did over 2 years ago. Indeed it was before I knew of Ldraw and at that time I actually started to discover LEGO again and it's huge community of AFOLs. So yes, I made the (...)   TRU bucket & tub sale June 18-24

TRU has LEGO buckets and tubs 1/2 price (while they last, no rainchecks). Reg 14.99-29.99, now 7.47-14.97. They show a picture of 4105 (red bucket) and 4496 (blue tub). I really don't like the newer style tubs. Ignoring the awful lids, they are made (...) (19 years ago, 16-Jun-05, to lugnet.loc.ca)

(...) Hi Eric, and thanks! Happy New Yesr to you, too! Here's the first complete version, with the mocked-up leaf inlined, but yet no conditional lines. I inlined it to make sure you get the latest sub-parts, but in the final version, I will subfile (...) (19 years ago, 1-Jan-06, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: Bugatti Type 29 'Cigar' & building

(...) I don't mean to ignore the cool car, but I couldn't help noticing the portion of building behind the car. It looks like it's made from dark orange/clay orange bricks and has a roof made of 65° slopes, both of which I think are really cool. I (...) (19 years ago, 31-Dec-05, to lugnet.adventurers, FTX)

(...) I bought my COKO ships at TRU in the SF Bay Area. I've been collecting Pirates scince day one, and these showed up about a year or so after the BSB.   Some things I'd like for 2006

1. Stop with the slapdash box packaging. Opening a box and finding a bunch of bags sloshing around inside feels very dismissive, plus you are guaranteeing that either the instruction manual and/or the sticker sheet will be crumpled/damaged. 2. I'm looking for some ways of mounting a motor in a good solid mostly studless construction that doesn't need lots of fiddling around with. I'm looking to mount both 43362/71427 and 2838 styles of motors, but I've no idea how to make it a fairly (...) (19 years ago, 27-Dec-05, to lugnet.technic)

FA: Discontinued and other sets Update July 14 2000

This is an Auction by Lutz Uhlmann, ending in August. I don't like the idea of letting someone else (ebay,...) auction my stuff, so I do myself.
