Another big factor will be the age of the set. If I'm buying a set that's 3 or 4 years old I'm not going to care very much if it's in MISB. Well I was looking at an old wooden box set I found in Germany 20 years ago, it was #712. I don't think I have seen it anywhere else (EBAY or ??) since.
