 | | Re: Studless building techniques

| (...) Font issue, I'm sure. The text seems pretty consistent with its use of "M". (...) I wanted to point out here that this was the official LEGO web site you were looking at, not private pages. "M" is actually an internal measurement that TLG has (...) (20 years ago, 10-Oct-06, to lugnet.robotics.edu)

 | | Re: how very odd
|
| Hey everybody, When I first saw that odd part (I don't have that castle but when I browsed for it's instructions on Brickshelf) I did too wondered how come they made this new Castle wall or at least why the window there is hidden. Thinking of it now (...) (24 years ago, 5-Nov-02, to lugnet.general, lugnet.castle)

|
| (...) Are you using the NXT on batteries alone, or using the Li-ion battery pack so you can plug the NXT into a wall for more consistant power? (...) As others have noted, this has worked well with the RCX. It's essentially how the GBC trains are (...) (19 years ago, 17-Oct-07, to lugnet.robotics, lugnet.org.us.ulug)

| (...) The last set I bought (OS 25"/mile maps) cost me ~$120 CDN (50 UKP). For a relatively simple station, the maps were expensive (they are reprints, of respectively, a 1865 and a 1905 map of Long Marton, on the S&C Railway) (...) (URL) dug up a (...) (24 years ago, 1-Nov-02, to lugnet.trains)

I must admit, the thought of Chris' robot tapping the wall, and smashing to the ground does sound fun, it may (...) (19 years ago, 11-Oct-07, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

With some re-codeing, I can get my bot to swing at any height, and so far the bottom of the (...) (19 years ago, 11-Oct-07, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

| (...) The Australian LEGO wall wart is marked 10V @ 7VA on the secondary. I don't recall all the stuff I learnt about the relationship between VA and W, but that seems to me to indicate about 0.7A.
