Re: Nicely now. What do you think of the new colors?

(...) To Jake and the LEGO Company, I do not mind the color changes. I realize that there are public reasons, which have been stated, and private reasons for the change in colors and I have no negative feelings toward this decision. I personnally (...)   Re: Questions about Electric, Light Brick 4.5V 2 x 2

Hi, I use the 4.5v lights for my town and town buildings. They work quite nicely, and you can string quite a few (4 or 5 at least) off a single battery box. You can see the lights at work in one of my buildings here: (URL) trick I have done is to (...) (21 years ago, 11-Apr-03, to lugnet.general)

RE: Looking for pieces to trade at the meeting (November and Dece mber )

Mike, You are right on with your comments. I usually think of a brick as a 2Xanything as they are proportioned like a cement brick and a beam as a 1Xanything as in roofing beam but I'll try to use the standard terminology. If I had a few hours I'd (...) (25 years ago, 30-Nov-99, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)

A far more insidious change to the brick!

Hey all, WOW! I check in after a few weeks and the whole world ended! I'm adopting a wait-and-see approach to the color change, although having so many different grays will be annoying and time-consuming purely from a sorting standpoint. The change (...)
