  Re: Northern border outpost

Hey, I really like the landscaping. I'll pay my highest compliment and say it makes me think of Takeshi Itou ((URL) I especially like the depth of that gorge and the very natural feel to the landscape. The structure itself is a bit plain, but (...) (20 years ago, 18-May-04, to lugnet.castle)

  Longshot requests

Does anyone happen to own any MEGABLOKS catalogs from the early to mid 90's, specifically including the Dinosaur sets from that period? I used to have one or two, but I can't find them and fear that they're lost for good. Also, does anyone have a (...) (20 years ago, 18-May-04, to lugnet.off-topic.clone-brands, FTX)

  Re: BF04 Castle room

(...) Wow, what a sort of problem I'd like to deal with ;). At PDX the main issue was just getting enough wall to enclose the whole city. As it is now, we will probably have more buildings than wall (which again, is a *good* problem, not a bad one). (...) (20 years ago, 25-May-04, to lugnet.castle)

Apparently some of the Germans have already received theirs. Some close-up pictures are posted at: (URL) still looks really good. If you missed shoelessjoe's MOCs first time around then check out the "refueled" images made in Photoshop using the original Brickshelf pictures.   Re: Bulk Bricks online survey - results...

(...) Keep in mind that I mostly build castle MOCs: I prefer building castle walls with bricks rather than with the castle wall pieces. I try to avoid plain, flat walls, so I find 1x1, 1x2, 1x3, and 1x4 bricks the most useful. In such cases, there (...) (20 years ago, 25-May-04, to lugnet.lego)
