  Re: 2001 Set info

(...) Well, you know, the same exact thing would have happened if LEGO had asked the same thing a year ago. The only difference now is that they're paying attention, so they notice things like this. And they use e-mail, which makes things go faster. (...) (24 years ago, 8-Aug-00, to lugnet.lego.direct, lugnet.admin.general)

  Half-Plate-High Steps

I'm working on the file for this in bricksmith, but thought I'd post a teaser for anyone else who'd like to try this building puzzler: create a set of stairs with risers one half plate in height. Here's an example: (URL) This is the basic unit of (...) (14 years ago, 6-Aug-10, to lugnet.build, FTX)

(...) As you wish! (URL) HERE> is a quick shot using my iPhone. As I was going through my 1x1 plate bin, I got the idea of going hog-wild with colors; not sure I'll keep them, but it was fun seeing all of them together on the sundial anyway. My (...)   Parts Update installation

I'm a little confused about the installation procedure. Are the parts updates cumulative? I mean, do they contain all the parts of the previous updates, or do I have to install them in a particular order? The LDraw.org website doesn't explain this, (...) (14 years ago, 31-Jul-10, to lugnet.cad)

Re: LDraw.org 2010-02 Parts Update Now Available

First of all: once again thanks to all who made this possible. Very impressive update! The thing is now that my mklist does not create a new parts.lst file. I can choose between Number of Description. It starts counting x parts found, but no new (...) (14 years ago, 6-Jul-10, to lugnet.cad)
