Many of you will be at BrickFair this weekend in
Washing, DC -- I hope you’ll have a great event!
Unfortunately with Star Wars Celebration V
just around the corner, all of us at GFLUG have been
hard at work and can’t make it. :(
To give you’ll and idea of what we’re working on, I wanted to share a little of
our WIPs with you:
• Todd’s 501st mosaic
logo.
• Pictures of Robin’s AT-AT and of his mosaic for the event...
• There’s KK’s
Hoth trench...
•
There’s pictures of Simon’s
Han in Carbonite
costume -- we’ll actually be showcasing a lot of his ship MOCs scattered
throughout the display.
• There’s a
small video of the
Kappeler’s droid conveyor
belt.
• Barrett has been working on a
pod race scene.
• There’s
been my Endor trees... I’ll
try to post pictures of my Jabba Hutt’s palace (in micro), and a lightsaber duel
scene on Mustafar.
So, while many of you will be enjoying yourselves at BrickFair this weekend,
we’ll be building furiously. :)
Oh, and if you find yourself in Orlando for Star Wars Celebration V, drop me a
line or drop by our display and introduce yourself.
