  Re: sales status 26/04/2000

(...) My wife said I had a glint in my eye as I was modifying Obi-Wan's head. Must be some regressive memory I have of my childhood. I blame Humphrey B. Bear and his trouser-less antics.   Re: Yellow 4.5 volt motor

It came from a Universal Set from the 70's. I had one in the 404, I think, but I am going from memory. I believe that there may have been another set with the motor in yellow, but I don't know which one that would be. Mike Peter Simpson (...) (24 years ago, 8-Aug-00, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: Announcing: The Baseplate Finder

Well, I had a nice large list of about 30 or more sets, unfortunately my stupid system crashed because of running out of memory. One thing which would be good is to sub-divide things more, and perhaps try and make smaller pictures. The road plates (...) (24 years ago, 23-Aug-00, to lugnet.db.inv)

Hi Gary, not all of us can "remember" facts about 1957-1973, but I digress (hey.. my first Lego memory was in 1976 when I built a prairie. You know, the thing that boats tie up to on a lake. Wow! I got home last night, and found this beautiful, oversized mini-catalog waiting for me. The front cover said, (quoting from memory) "2002 Special Edition".
