Experimenting with Lejos, two 'major' problems: memory (cleaning up platform & lang: Math.class is huge!) and... threads. I have the impression my "try { sleep(nnn) }" takes a somewhat arbitrary time. It's 'at least' nnn milisec, but often much (...) (23 years ago, 6-Mar-02, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.java)

If memory serves me correct, the builder of this train wagon was modeling it after a whiskey wagon that would have served the local saloons, which we had two on the layout, with the preferred beverage of the old (...) Hi! I'm using legOS 0.2.4 on Cygwin, and since memory is tight, I thought I'd try statically compiling my program to an .srec file, and using firmdl3 to download it, since I can do without the keys,conio,task, and memory managment stuff.
