Ahh yes....Macross is but a distant, but fond memory.  Nice render!

I must admit that I am partial to the Zelph and the forward engine
placement.  Looks as if it was built up from pod racing principles and
giving a dose of muscle.  The sliding canopy works well in both models as well.

Love the SW spanner as yoke...that's one that's going into the 'steal' pile :>

Thanks. The Zelph is one of my favorites. The idea for the design came for a description of a tri-hulled cruiser in "The Helmsman" series by Bill Baldwin. The canopy was intended for the Crusader, but it didn't work. I figured the idea was too good (...) (22 years ago, 5-Jul-02, to lugnet.space)
