  Re: Enterprise, NX-01: Version Two

(...) Great model. I think you got the shape of the saucer better in the newer version. I usually don't like those saucer pieces, but it looks great here. I was just looking around your Brickshelf gallery and I really really like your Klingon (...) (22 years ago, 15-Apr-02, to lugnet.space)

Heyas, Its been a while! I built my last Star Wars MOC over 2 years ago!   Re: LD's Auctions (Re: Going once, going twice, sold!)

It's almost impossible for me to skip over this debate(?) without saying something. Rick Clark has nailed this directly on the head. In my opinion he is 100% correct. What is so wrong about Lego Direct selling these 1-10 Santa Fe Trains, especially (...) (23 years ago, 5-Apr-02, to lugnet.lego.direct)

Re: Robot Ant and Data logging

(...) Hi Mike, Unfortunately there is no possibility under Robolab 2.5 that the RCX might itself access the data collected in the log. Robolab 2.5 is based on LEGO-firmware 2.0, which has many new features, but not this one. If you want to do your (...) (23 years ago, 4-Apr-02, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.robolab)

  Re: A few ideas

(...) No, advertising has proven to be a very poor way of earning money. Just look at all the web sites with an advertising business model that died in the last year. Sure, you can get some money by delivering eyeballs to advertisers, but not as (...) (23 years ago, 3-Apr-02, to lugnet.admin.finance)

  Re: lego turing machine

Hi JDF, Thanks for the feedback. I know it's not a Turing machine in the true sense, but let me tell you what I'm trying to do. At the moment I realize that I have built a sort of binary adder. But what I am currently implementing is a change in (...) (23 years ago, 29-Mar-02, to lugnet.off-topic.geek, lugnet.robotics, lugnet.robotics.rcx.nqc)

Re: START BUILDING -- next contest

Can we assume there will be something like a bushing at the top of the axel? Otherwise we would need to build a gripper that can grip a bare axel fairly well in order to lift the flag. ie: 888 8 888 <- bushing 8 888 8 8 8 8 <--- bare axel ---...---> (...)
