  Re: The Ten Plagues

(...) I agree that it's pretty much impossible to do this without cheating. One thing I though of was that you could build a fairly detailed mosquito at a larger scale, something like: (URL) then take a photo of this and in Photoshop cut it out and (...)   DB BR211 diesel finished

My Brickshelf folder is moderated so here it is : (URL) finished the model, which meant building driver cab and rear nose. Also reworked the bogies a bit and added some details. Front nose has one light built in. Unfortunately due to the (...) (22 years ago, 13-Oct-02, to lugnet.trains) !

(...) Thanks, Dave! That was the look I tried to get after it sprouted wings... I've always liked that look. Small spaceships, in my mind, should be able to fly without using 'impossible' technology like anti-gravity. -JHK (22 years ago, 10-Oct-02, to lugnet.space)

(...) Soccer players wear shorts too, and no effort was made to make them look like that either. I can understand, though, as it'd be difficult to print the shorts color on yellow legs all the way around, and nigh impossible to do multi-color cast (...)   Re: New contest : The LEGO Movie Posters Open Project Contest (LMPOPC)

Wow... now that's what I'd like to see in my animations. But the render times are just impossible. A 15 second clip would take a month rendering! I guess I'll stay with the standard methods and stop-motion for a while. On another note, returning to (...) (22 years ago, 6-Oct-02, to lugnet.cad.ray)
