  A plea for a prayer

Tonight at 5:32 PM my Father-N-Law died. He was peaceful in the end. All the family was there. Can I ask everyone to say a silent prayer at 10:00 AM MST Friday morning. This is when the funeral will be. Thanks to all who do. His name was Jose P. (...) (25 years ago, 21-Jan-00, to lugnet.general)

Re: New MOC's on my websites

Glad you all liked it, I'm waiting for a nicer (warm, sunny) day here so I can take it outside and get some better pics, They are pretty dark :( I did lighten them up some in Paint shop pro.. though I think they are still a little to dark, if I go (...)   Re: Trees...~\o I think that I shall never seeEEeee... ~\o

I am probably interested in some of your parts, I'll have to look at the set to see what all is in it. If I remember the set correctly you can take the following parts and make a "poor-man's" hopper car (or at least the top half of it). You would (...)   Re: Warner Bros "dotcom"

Actually my midlife crisis was supposed to be a Porsche 914, but I waited a day too late... shouldn't have waited for permission to buy it... not making that mistake with the Legos.. Buy now, make a lame excuse later... (BTW the Porsche would have (...) (25 years ago, 21-Jan-00, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

Re: Which recent sets contain yellow Classic 1x2x2 windows?

Incorrect. I bought some Freestyle set within the last year that had at least 2 2x2 yellow classic windows in it, because I had 4 of them (before trading them away). The stores around here really don't HAVE any old Lego, so that set had to have been (...) (25 years ago, 21-Jan-00, to lugnet.general)

FS: Mindstrom (RIS) shipped for $140

Hey! I found one of these at Target today and I need to sell it to pay for a few other sets. I will sell it and ship it for $140 ($130 + $10 UPS insured). I can ship internationally if needed (higher S&H). If anyone wants it let me know. -- pn (25 years ago, 21-Jan-00, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

Re: 8858 Rebel Wrecker... How many parts?

That was confusing, too, as Lego had several numbers listed in a few of their catalogs for the Rebel Wrecker and it varried from one number to 587 pieces I believe.
