  Re: Warner Bros "dotcom"

Ya, I have no idea why the WB is selling Lego branded stuff. I was kidding, mostly, and I don't really care. What I do care is that I got another 5 4561s for under 60 each before tax. Since I now have almost 20, I better stop. :-) (25 years ago, 17-Jan-00, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

  WB store sale

Thanks to whoever posted this... this is a pretty good sale if you like what they have. (URL) net net is better than 1/2 off of list before shipping. A few items have "inflated lists" but most do not. Note that you can get the 4561 for UNDER 60 (...) (25 years ago, 17-Jan-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Re: Warner Bros "dotcom"

(...) I have no clue, but they sure do not sell it in thier WB Studio Stores. (...) More of a lurker, I guess. Now, if you all came to the GMLTC meetings, you'd get to see some of this stuff, that's what I am saying. :-) C'mon, Minneapolis in the winter isn't THAT cold and windy. What are you saving those airline miles for, (...) (25 years ago, 17-Jan-00, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: GMLTC Module Construction

(...) I am building 5 modules for my home layout and I, too, have built mine 45" deep and 30" wide. It's nicer to have those extra inches, IMO. In fact, if you notice, our train yard modules flare out to about that depth x2. Those babies are big (...) (25 years ago, 17-Jan-00, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: Catalog nostalgia

I think that the difference in the catalogs may be representative of who Lego seems to be targetting them to, and this is indicative of the market today. The older catalogs seem to me to be targetted towards parents, and are from a time not so long (...) (25 years ago, 17-Jan-00, to lugnet.general)

  Make and dependencies

Perhaps I don't understand what needs to be done to get "make depend" to work properly. I'm working on a Win95 box.
