  Re: Missing parts in 1.5

(...) Go to the O'Reilly's web site and read the addendum on it. It explains exactly what to do. Dean (25 years ago, 3-Jan-00, to lugnet.robotics)

Re: Very high-detail scans of the SW Collector's series sets

(...) This is intentional! A friend of mine used to work at LEGO Futura, he was part of the team that designed the Star Wars sets.   part 2951, some questions

I've managed to measure the 2951, and now I have a few questions. What is the preferred place for 0,0,0? I'd say exactly between the pegholes, but this is, as you know, my first piece, so enlighten me if I'm way off. Beneath every tooth, there is a (...) (25 years ago, 3-Jan-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Re: Has anyone disassembled a 9v Train Motor?

Sooner or later I'm going to try what I talked about in another thread - pulling the motor out of the shell, and adding in a capacitor and other circuits, so that the capacitor feeds non-stop 9V to lights or other circuits, while the "main" circuit (...)   Re: Outlaw Bikers???

(...) Of course its true...Why else would they have a set number like 666 or 1313 (the mcdonalds rampage) (off sarcasm mode!) No, they are a clever idea from someone with some faubland pieces, and a lot of spare time :) Take a look at the "Y2K (...) (25 years ago, 3-Jan-00, to lugnet.general)

  Outlaw Bikers???

I was surfing around to Lego sites and found a site that says Lego Group has come out with a New Lego theme called Outlaw Bikers for 2000 Lego sets. Check the site out at (URL) . Is this infomation true? Or is it just for fun? (25 years ago, 3-Jan-00, to lugnet.general)

Re: Very high-detail scans of the SW Collector's series sets

(...) It is worth noting that at least one X-Wing production model had a corkscrew-type paint job on those two opposing cannons, in the position that the worm gears are placed. It appears on the 6+ foot production model. It's possible they were (...) (25 years ago, 3-Jan-00, to lugnet.loc.uk, lugnet.space, lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Yellow Supercar on Lego.com

  Re: Conversation at TRU overheard

Well, I'd brag about my kid, but *I* am my kid... ;-) I can't wait to get my 3rd 8448 from TRU, so I can build the Racer - the main car and the Hot Rod are STAYING built (and the main model is getting RISed), and the Racer probably will too. I'll (...) (25 years ago, 3-Jan-00, to lugnet.general)

Re: Looking for instructions for 9354

Learningsmith Going (went) out of business

  Re: How many sets?

That's about the point I've hit too - I need to Ebay off a few more 5571s, some 4565s, 8480s, and some other train sets, then it's time to sit down and sort several 14gal tubs into Keep and Ebay, and get rid of a lot of bricks I don't want. (...) (25 years ago, 3-Jan-00, to lugnet.general)
