  Re: 8448 (era Re: tuttitubi????)

(...) Sei fantastico ;-) Non ti aspettare di diventar ricco pero'. Se era questo l'intendo dovevi comprarne almeno piu' della meta' di quante ne fossero uscite. Il monopolio delle Super Car :-) (25 years ago, 29-Dec-99, to lugnet.loc.it)

  Re: First Y2K LegoFest

(...) Mi hai beccato in pieno l'esame scritto di analisi, e dopo una settimana quello orale :-) Io preferirei verso marzo, se si puo' e se non e' troppo lontano per voi. (25 years ago, 29-Dec-99, to lugnet.loc.it)

  Re: Post-Xmas sales????

(...) Huw - what does your last line above mean?? The park is closing for a while? Or is the sale ending? Paul Sinasohn, whose visit starts Tuesday, and who REALLY wants to get to Legoland Windsor... (25 years ago, 29-Dec-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)

  Re: Are they blind???

(...) Well, I hardly get any LEGO for anything anymore, unless I can get my NLSO (Soon to be wife) to buy me some. She is building my sets now, though. My parents have not gotten my LEGO for many moons. Welcome to the club! Scott "Ah, I will buy (...) (25 years ago, 29-Dec-99, to lugnet.general)

More January 2000 S@H Catalog Observations... Paradisia and Pirates oh my!

I just noticed a few things that had not been mentioned yet in the 2000 S@H Catalog. 1. Page 5 - Item K6000 - Knight's Shield and Sword Set. This is a Kids sized Sword and Shield with King Leo's Lion on the Shield. (So much for LEGO promoting (...) (25 years ago, 29-Dec-99, to lugnet.general)

  Are they blind???

Are my parents blind?! This Christmas I got NO I repeat NO Lego. Gee I wonder if they have noticed that 6 ft long Lego ship sitting on the top bed of my bunk bed. Maybe they just thought that 4558 Metroliner was my gift, maybe they thought the dog (...) (25 years ago, 29-Dec-99, to lugnet.general)

Re: Are the Accessory Bricks Going to be canceled? to Brad, or lego rep

(...) Doyle, I'm not a Lego rep, but my guess is that the service packs are indeed going to vanish, but in a much better way than supposed -- they're to be replaced by the new (and hopefully wonderful) bulk-order system being developed right now. (25 years ago, 29-Dec-99, to lugnet.dear-lego)

Re: Anyone get Lego for XMAS?

(...) Yes, I think this is a GREAT set too! It is such a lovely design, although it doesn't have as many "working parts" as 8880. However I think the gull-wing doors more than make up for that. :) I love the way it's so modular. You can take off all (...) (25 years ago, 29-Dec-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)

  Re: 4811 Defense Archer!

(...) I Just came from lego.com. In the European Catalog the new castle's name is kings castle and the item number is 6098. In the North American catalog the name is king leo's castle and the item number 6091. Just curious, is the piece count the (...) (25 years ago, 29-Dec-99, to lugnet.castle)

  7740

Hello. I have a poor condition 7740 train only for sale. There are a number of missing pieces and all the black train plates are cracked but usable. All the doors are there, as are all the roof sloped pieces. One complete window is missing as well (...) (25 years ago, 29-Dec-99, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

  Re: awfully quiet here.

(...) I am still working with a crew of 4. I find that I have a better time matching accessories to the minifigs easier that way. How are you doing the interface between the decks of your ship? I can never figure out a way to make the upper decks (...) (25 years ago, 29-Dec-99, to lugnet.space)

  Re: 4811 Defense Archer!

Is there any date on this set being available??? I'm saving my change for an army of these guys!!! (25 years ago, 29-Dec-99, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: 4811 Defense Archer!

(...) So we have another account of the 6098 number! So far, I count: 6091 is on: - US Box - US, UK standard catalog - Lego's site (haven't checked ALL countries) - S@H - TRU's system 6098 is on: - US, UK instructions (are these ever any different?)   Re: Color Frequency? (oops)

(...) Well, I had a big universal set to start me out some twelve years ago, and my big additions were Fort Legoredo, Town stuff, 6090, 4559, Pharoah's ruins, some more sets I haven't mixed with my collection yet, and one 1200 container/bucket (...) (25 years ago, 29-Dec-99, to lugnet.storage)

  Re: awfully quiet here.

The main hull of my ship is going to be about 30x60, with four decks (each about 6 bricks high). With all the other stuff I'm trying to squeeze in, I haven't figured out yet how to fit in living quarters for 30 crew members. Maybe I have too many (...) (25 years ago, 29-Dec-99, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Other Castle Guard
