Re: This dropped out of the papers this weekend...

Some of the earliest LEGO pictures showing adults building LEGO was from LEGO Building Idea Book #1 (the first LEGO idea book issued 1960-67).   Re: Line in the Sand

(...) Sometimes, transparent parts have decorative printing. And the LDraw library should be written so that modelers can use any part in any color, even if LEGO hasn't released that part/color combination yet. Decorations on transparent parts shows (...)   Re: TAN castle walls? It CAN'T be! But what IS it?

(...) Well, I did not put much of a description on my first E-Bay auctions, simply because the pictures showed it all, and second, I figured if I posted it to lugnet.market.auctions, most AFOL'S would bid on them. It has been an interesting (...) (25 years ago, 8-Dec-99, to lugnet.general)

Re: 2000 Dealer catalogue Removal Request Backfire?

Reading some of the posts, they are, for the most part, valid arguments, but I don't want to be in a position of such debate. I think the sets have already arrived at TRU, based on what I found out yesterday. How long are we going to wait, really? (...) (25 years ago, 8-Dec-99, to lugnet.off-topic.debate, lugnet.general)
