Re: A New Hope (for the MF)

(...) I agree. Those saucers scare the bejubies out of me. One thing we don't know is if they have detailed any of the interior or if it is just the cockpit. Does the model double as a playset? I guess we don't know yet. If it doesn't I would be (...) (25 years ago, 27-Oct-99, to lugnet.starwars)

(...) Hmmmm, the only green Cellulose Acetate bricks that I'm aware of are plates from Samsonite LEGO (USA/Canada only, not available in Europe) parts packs (518, 519, 520, 521) from circa 1963-65. These plates would be only in sizes 1x1, 1x2, 2x2, (...) (25 years ago, 27-Oct-99, to lugnet.general)

  4x2ReVu: 4559 Cargo Railway

I'm including this one in lugnet.space because the set kind of fits in with a futuristic look. ---...--- Blacktron forces are among us! Subtly sneaking into the transportation industry, a new style of cargo train is appearing in train yards and (...) (25 years ago, 27-Oct-99, to lugnet.reviews, lugnet.trains, lugnet.space)

  Re: 2000 A-Wing comments

(...) I agree that the A-wing is too small, and maybe looks a little bit unsubstantial, but I've decided that I really like it. I especially appreciate the fact that the double tails are made out of bricks. This set is Old School. It reminds me of (...) (25 years ago, 27-Oct-99, to lugnet.starwars)

A New Hope (for the MF)

Let's face the facts. We are going to be quite disappointed with next year's Millenium Falcon set. They really seem to have gone for the minimum possible set that could still resemble the MF. With the use of the saucers, we can't even say it will be (...) (25 years ago, 27-Oct-99, to lugnet.starwars)
