  Double echo

Hi Ralph, I just tried out to remove all EMITs from ACCEPT word, in order to eliminate back echo from RCX. It works good: less Frame Errors and Break Interrupts from comm port during the session. And you can use "normal" terminal program, like (...) (27 years ago, 22-Oct-99, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.pbforth)

  Re: Greatest Adventurer Movies

First off, thanks to Mark for his compliments on my reviews! (...) I've racked my brains to come up with some good ideas that haven't already been mentioned. The only thing I can come up with is Disney's 20,000 Leagues (with James Mason as Nemo). It (...) (27 years ago, 22-Oct-99, to lugnet.adventurers, lugnet.off-topic.fun)

  Re: 2000 A-Wing comments

(...) I've been staring at the pictures of the new Star Wars sets for over an hour and I keep shaking my head. They don't look all that bad but the A-wing. I like the shape of it but I was hoping for some new tan and brown pieces from lego. Oh well, (...) (27 years ago, 22-Oct-99, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: TLG Falcon Figs

I hate to be the one to say it, but from what it seems, I doubt TLG will make a Chewbacca with the MF this year. And even if TLG does, Chewie will not be any taller than the other mini-figs. Look at Darth Vader. I do think that a Princess Leia is in (...) (27 years ago, 22-Oct-99, to lugnet.starwars)

(...) Why didn't they post large scans?!?!? *Sigh*. Well, I am *very* happy with these sets. They are not the majorly-impressive SW models that we drool over on the web, but they are very well done production set for TLG. Lotsa bricks, some good (...) (27 years ago, 22-Oct-99, to lugnet.starwars)

  RE: Scout brick and IR

Yes, it has an IR port, usable from the front and top. I don't know how you would get to it programmatically, with the current "OS" firmware being burned in to ROM, and not modifiable yet (at least by me...) Jeff jeffrey.hazen@northmill.net (...) (27 years ago, 22-Oct-99, to lugnet.robotics)
