  Re: Junk Box #1 Thread

My sense is this... if you get a free priority mail box new from the PS, you should use it for Priority mail. That's why the PS buys them for you, for you to use for Priority mail. Turning a new one inside out is, to a certain extent, defrauding the (...) (25 years ago, 20-Sep-99, to lugnet.market.jambalaya)

  Re: Garage doors

You're welcome to run your auction as you see fit, it's your stuff after all. But I wonder if actually seeing the bids and who was making them might not shake out some other sellers. (1) I am (2) NOT trying to start a brawl, just wondering. (...) (25 years ago, 20-Sep-99, to lugnet.market.auction)

Ryan, I have cross posted your entire append to market.buy-sell.trade and set followups there, because that is where it belongs. (...) But I have to comment. This strategy MAY work. But it might not, you may have to pay market value for the set if (...) (25 years ago, 20-Sep-99, to lugnet.general, lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

Re: FOTM - on Ebay even!

(...) Yes. That's what I *say*. But I still get annoyed when I get sniped, anyway. :-) :-) I'm getting better, though. (25 years ago, 20-Sep-99, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Junk Box #1 Thread

(...) Yeah, I don't think the USPS would mind that. Heck, I used an inside-out PM mail box the other day when I sent something to the UK Global Priority. At the time I didn't know I could have ordered GP boxes... One of the places I order DVDs from (...) (25 years ago, 20-Sep-99, to lugnet.market.jambalaya)

  Re: minifig box question

Ok Thanks Paul, I'd still like to know when it showed up by Ben.. it sounds like we've lost a box... I sent out the minifig box and the general box 4 on the same day.. and Rob has informed me that he still doesn't have it. I can't find the receipt (...)   [OT] decoding the LEGO #9738 IR Remote Control

Hello All: This LEGO IR remote control (#9738) is making me crazy!!!! For those of you who haven't been reading this thread, what I want to do is the following: The LEGO IR remote control is GREAT for use with 'bots using the LEGO RCX for brains. (...)   Re: Is there a device that...?

I'll vouch for the efficacy of the Fascinating Electronics board. I got one years ago after reading the series in Electronics Now/Radio-Electronics using it as a weather monitor. It works fine connected to an HP48 calculator for control of I/O as (...) (25 years ago, 19-Sep-99, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

  Re: Using airtanks on 8868

(...) Hi Fredrik, That lack of control of the cylinders has been my experience too. You really have to barely open the valve to be able to stop in partially extended movement. I wonder if you designed a cam that would squish the tubing past the (...) (25 years ago, 19-Sep-99, to lugnet.build)

  Re: Looking for windows

  FA: two Technic Control Centers

I have two Technic Control Centers from a couple sets of # 8094 that I don't really need. This is just the programmable motor controlling unit, not the complete set. (...) I'm a townie now and forever. Although I've dabbled in train for my one and only town/train layout I've ever built. Now I'm kind of specialized building 6 wide LEGO fire trucks like I have been for the last 2+ years now. I'm not working on any (...) (25 years ago, 19-Sep-99, to lugnet.town)
