Here's a thought: You're in the bedroom with your trusty RCX on the floor. You're watching TV, but the tuner is in another room. If there is no benefit to sellers, who is going to participate? You can set up whatever scheme you want but unless there is motivation, you're going to have a lot of buyers but no sellers. The idea is that you start with the crane and a 32x32 area (or larger if you wish) and then gradually build a building underneath it. Well, I am sure some stores do mark up deliberately, but working with the Systems department at Meijer, many times, it is a screw up uploading the prices every week.
