  Re: McDonalds set

(...) You may well be right but it's more work. Presenting facts ONLY via feedback seems easy. No judgement of the seller is implied. The TOS (which I posted a link to just now) talks of feedback extortion. I think if no communication is made, no (...) (25 years ago, 9-Sep-99, to lugnet.general)

  Entertainer

Has anyone been in any of the Entertainer stores recently to see what they've got in stock? If there's anything decent that could just persuade me to drive down instead of getting the train so I can call in on the way. (Now there's an incentive - (...) (25 years ago, 9-Sep-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)

  Re: McDonalds set

I got an offline question about TOS (which means Terms of Service) and where it is. (URL) section 5 for the rule against offering bidders items. At least that's how I read: "You may not email bidders in a currently open auction being run by a (...) (25 years ago, 9-Sep-99, to lugnet.general)

Re: URL Style (was Re: New box cars)

(...) I confused myself and got my hopes up, until I realized this is an ATT.NET thing, which won't necessarily work with my page. Testing...nope. IO.COM makes its customers pay for virtual domains.   Re: And a new hopper car

(...) It's probably a gon. I think the defining characteristic of a hopper is that it has bottom doors. However there is some muddyness... In particular, you often will hear unit train cars called hoppers, but they have no bottom doors/chutes, they (...) (25 years ago, 9-Sep-99, to lugnet.trains)

  Please help me unsubscribe!

Hello everybody, When I lent my email account to a friend a few months back he subscribed me to the handy board mailing list. Could somebody please help me to remove my email address from this mailing list as I have no idea how to. Regards, Mark (25 years ago, 9-Sep-99, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

  Re: part requests!

(...) Is the voting page directly linked from an ldraw.org page? If not, it would be nice for ease of finding it. Maybe put the link in a remote location, though, to keep casual users away. -John Van (25 years ago, 9-Sep-99, to lugnet.cad)

Re: URL Style (was Re: New box cars)

I'd vote for the first one. Technically AND stylewise. ~blisses is not a "domain" it's just a directory. We're not running Andrew. (25 years ago, 9-Sep-99, to lugnet.publish)

  Re: Datsville Updated

(...) Close ups would be great. If I can ever "catch up" with the dats being posted, I'd like to eventually give each model its own page, with close-ups, links to the dats, and links to the author's page, if any. (...) I can relate. Last week I was (...) (25 years ago, 9-Sep-99, to lugnet.cad)

  Brick Piece Numbers...
