(URL) having some fun. Finally pulled out the bricks and put something together, after a 3-year hiatus. :) Feels good to be back. -Iain (17 years ago, 21-Feb-08, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: Linear Actuator

(...) Obviously with *my* interests, I hope that the linear actuator is not the end of pneumatics. There are still a lot of ideas I've not had a chance to try, but more part type options are great! Kevin (www.kclague.net) (17 years ago, 21-Feb-08, to lugnet.technic)

  LPub Wiki

Hi folks, I wanted to let folks now that I am working hard at LPub 4.0, a WYSIWYG building instruction editor. Philo was kind enough to set up a wiki for people to report bugs, add feature requests, and watch the testing process proceed. (URL) I've (...) (17 years ago, 21-Feb-08, to lugnet.cad)

It’s the year 2008, where are my parts updates?

It has been over two years since the last LDraw parts update. Where the heck are the new ones? Are we just letting LDraw die? It is really seeming that way. Yes, I’ve read the ‘Lack of Parts Updates’ article. I read it over a year ago. And as far as (...) (17 years ago, 21-Feb-08, to lugnet.cad)

Re: LEGOLAND Discovery Center to Open in Illinois

(...) This bit is from the Arlington Heights Daily Herald: The local indoor park is slated to open the first week of August. Other highlights at the two-story storefront, which has been vacant for several years, include birthday party rooms, a cafe, (...) (17 years ago, 21-Feb-08, to lugnet.mediawatch)

  Re: Which glue?

(...) OK, to revive this thread, I've had zero luck gluing ABS studless beams to the backside of mirrors - superglue doesn't seem to stick at all. Any ideas? What am I doing wrong, etc.? 2 component epoxy isn't likely to work either, given the (...) (17 years ago, 21-Feb-08, to lugnet.parts.mod)

  Re: Burlington Northern GP9

(...) Matt: Sweet! I'm lovin' the use of the minifig hands and the nice stairs/steps at the front and back. The studless design really makes this GP-9 look clean and I might have to revise mine to go a little more studless. Awesome work. A+! -Dave (17 years ago, 21-Feb-08, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

  Linear Actuator

The more I think about the new linear actuator the more applications I think up for it, but I was just wondering is it actually going to be significantly cheaper to make than the pneumatic system? I know you won't need a pump, valve block or pipes, (...) (17 years ago, 21-Feb-08, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: New Panel Fairings?

(...) Gordons's right, I'm currently pro the new fairings. I like my parts to be made up of recognisable geometric shapes and have lines of symmetry :-). (17 years ago, 21-Feb-08, to lugnet.technic)

Re: Articulation with "working" connecting rods
