Re: Mecha Builders Urged to Migrate to Flickr

(...) Bryce, To keep things easy to find, why not encourage common tags for the photos such as "legomecha" or "mechahub" ? Best of luck with the migration. -Tim (17 years ago, 18-Jul-07, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: MOCpages, now a Brickshelf alternative

(...) First of all, thank you for providing mocpages. When I posted my Fisher Building MOC on your site, a person from MichLUG left a review and that is how I found out about that club of which I am now a member. I would support your idea of a two (...)   Indiana Jones in Brick Journal Blog

To restore a little humor, I found a photo of the new Indiana Jones figure complete with a new fedora. I found the photo on Brick Journal’s blog. I love the hat and I can’t wait to get my hands on the sets. And on another note: HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Joe (...) (17 years ago, 18-Jul-07, to lugnet.announce)

Re: Official LEGO storage boxes? For more than a hundred bucks each?!

(...) I have the storage and sorting box and it is ok, nothing special, but a lot cheaper than the other ones. I also have the older one from the 80's or earily 90's, held up well. My guess on the price comes from my other life when we ordered a few (...) (17 years ago, 18-Jul-07, to lugnet.storage, FTX)

Re: Official LEGO storage boxes? For more than a hundred bucks each?!

(...) **snickers** Bryan, you beat me to the funniest part of this whole thread. "Some assembly required...!" Yeah, right. Still wouldn't buy it at those prices for kids. I'd get it for myself, and have fun with it...if I had the bucks. But between (...) (17 years ago, 17-Jul-07, to lugnet.storage, FTX)

Re: nxt interfaces with GPS using nxc or robotc?

(...) Unless John Hansen does some significant rewriting of the FW again, I don't think you'll be talking to your GPS via NXC (or anything else based on the standard FW). The problem is that GPS units like to send strings of charecters, while the (...) (17 years ago, 17-Jul-07, to lugnet.robotics.nxt)

nxt interfaces with GPS using nxc or robotc?

Hello all, I tried to interface my gps, i.trekz1 solar Bluetooth datalogger, using the NXC. No luck there. Wonder if anyone has played with that at all. (17 years ago, 17-Jul-07, to lugnet.robotics.nxt)

  Re: Brickshelf.com – A Possible Solution

LEGO already has an image hosting service, but it's for NXT creations only: (URL) is not averse to running something like Brickshelf/MOCpages, but LEGO's version is clearly meant to promote the Mindstorms brand. I would like to see LEGOFan.com or (...) (17 years ago, 17-Jul-07, to lugnet.general)

Mecha Builders Urged to Migrate to Flickr
