  Question about bad eBay buyers

Is there a place to post info/warnings about people to avoid when auctioning/selling items? I was just wondering because I just had someone refuse to pay for an auction they won on eBay because i would not take a personal check. It says CLEARLY in (...) NOT!! Uh-uh, no way! I could see if someone had the $ why they would bid like they did.   Re: ideas for a RIS 2.0 - Rechargability

I tried NiMH batteries in my RCX. It lost its firmware. I suspect the output voltage (6 x 1.2 = 7.2) is too low.
