Is there a place to post info/warnings about people to avoid when
auctioning/selling items?
I was just wondering because I just had someone refuse to pay for an auction
they won on eBay because i would not take a personal check. It says CLEARLY
in the auction information that I accept money orders and bank checks only,
so I feel that this person is in the wrong to refuse payment.
I've already left negative feedback on eBay, but was wondering if there was
a place to warn other people who might be auctioning stuff personally or on
other sites.
