  Re: Another matrix inverse question

Thanks for the information, everyone. Although the test case I posted was arbitrary, I did some other tests with matrices that were used for rotations and translations. The upper-left 3x3 seemed to be OK, but the bottom row had problems. I'm (...) (19 years ago, 10-Apr-07, to lugnet.cad)

  Re: Set 7029

(...) Ciao a tutti. Io ho notato che nel set 8654 i brick rossi 1x3 sono di una tonalità diversa da tutti gli altri mattoncini rossi. Tendono all'arancione. Penso potrebbe essere lo stesso problema legato al Corner Cafè. Io credo potrò abituarmi a (...) (19 years ago, 10-Apr-07, to lugnet.org.it.itlug)

RE: DataogValue and firmware > 0328?

To get the latest RCX firmware. Download and install the free 30-day evaluation copy of RobotC (www.robotc.net). It contains RCX firmware version 7.xx. The firmware does not expire after the end of the evaluation period. Firmware version 7.xx is (...) (19 years ago, 10-Apr-07, to lugnet.robotics)

Re: Variety is the spice of life

(...) I agree with this 100%. Random colour variation opens up opportunity to make more realistic models. A perfect example of this is Al Disley's (URL) terraced houses> where a consistent supploy of dark red would have left them looking far less (...) (19 years ago, 10-Apr-07, to lugnet.color, FTX)

  BNSF Loco available again?

It appears this item is available again. Previously, this was listed: Sold Out. Now you can place it on back order and have it ship in 14 days. Interesting. Jonathan (19 years ago, 10-Apr-07, to lugnet.announce.lsahs, lugnet.trains)

Variety is the spice of life

To All, I would like to state my $0.02 on this color issue and perhaps open up a new dialog on the whole color variation issue. First, I agree that in the past the LEGO Company has done an outstanding job with keeping the color consistent from batch (...) (19 years ago, 10-Apr-07, to lugnet.color)

  Brickfest2007 Crate/GB Contraption

We had quite the Mindstorms/Technic display at BrickFest2007 in Portland last weekend! Now that I have been home for a week, I'm starting to recover enough to actually write something about the event. David Schilling was in charge of our (...)   Re: DataogValue and firmware > 0328?

Thanks! Haven't tested yet, but I have reloaded the bricks. I'm going to assume that it'll work with datalog r/w. I'm trying to improve my Laser Tag on a Brick ((URL) system with logging of who got you, and more. Chris (...) (19 years ago, 10-Apr-07, to lugnet.robotics)

Re: Radio controlled CAT D7R LGP

  LSynth Service

Hi, all. I've taken the liberty of fiddling around with the LSynth 2 source code a little bit more to create an LSynth Service, a text-processing extension for Mac OS X that lets you run LSynth just about anywhere you can edit text. The service (...) (19 years ago, 10-Apr-07, to lugnet.cad.dev.mac, lugnet.cad.dev, lugnet.cad)

  Re: Set 7029

  DataogValue and firmware > 0328?

Is there such a thing as a firmware greater than 0328 (firm0328.lgo) as supplied with RIS2? There must be because in the NQC manual there is a reference to \"the standard LEGO firmware version 3.30 which is available via the ROBOLAB software\". I do (...)
