  Set #1601 "Schmidt & Co"

I´ve got the instructions of set #1601 from 1976, a rather big set, but I never heard about before. Neither it is mentioned in any german catalogs of this time nor could I find a picture or other information on the net. Maybe it is a promotional set (...)   Re: lego sweeper

It's called the Brickvac (set #1666... hmmmm). And it may not work great, but it does work. Most importantly, it's a lot of fun and makes the task of picking up the pieces silly and entertaining. The set came with a fair amount of okayish elements (...) (25 years ago, 24-Aug-99, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Hello Seattleites, take 2

I was actually thinking of a meeting room in a public library. I would vote for the U-district or Greenlake. I would say downtown, but parking would be tough (for others... I live downtown). Anyone have any other ideas? (...) (25 years ago, 24-Aug-99, to lugnet.loc.us.wa.sea)

Re: ideas for a RIS 2.0

i was thinking from the bots and sensors arrays that i have used that maybe there should be a touch sensor that works in reverse positively, as in it's neutral position would be depressed and the trigger would be in an "out" position just an idea.   Re: New robotics sets spotted at Zany Brainy

(...) sets (...) this? While the Cleveland, OH area (actually in Highland Heights) Zany brainy had the new droid set and the scout set, it did not seem to have ANYTHING that was/is going to be discountinued. Atleast nothing that I found, and that is (...) (25 years ago, 24-Aug-99, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Walmarts that actually have clearance stuff - WHERE, dangit?!?

(...) This was UCDavis area. Well, I don't want to drive 4 hours round trip unless I HAVE to (and if I DO have to, WHICH Walmart up there has them??). Does anyone know of a Walmart in the South/Central Bay area that has MANY of the Space Tri-packs (...) (25 years ago, 24-Aug-99, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)

1x4 and longer white tiles needed

Whoops, I forgot the most important part - I need 44 studs worth of 1xN white tiles to finish off the door area. 2 1x8s and a 1x6 for the top and bottom would work the best for rigidity, but if I get tons of offers of 1x4s, I'll go with them (...)   Re: star wars lego poster

(...) The LEGO Imagination Center - Mall of America has Vader posters for $1.99 (unfortunately, their minimum shipping charge is $7.50). There are pictures of a couple of the LEGO models superimposed over him at chest height. Steve (25 years ago, 24-Aug-99, to lugnet.general)
