  Re: Negozio in Sicilia

(20 years ago, 6-Sep-06, to lugnet.org.it.itlug)

  Re: NXT Ultrasonic sensor

Hi, (...) since sound travels at about 333 m/s (depending on temperature and pressure), a meter takes 3 milliseconds. At the maximum range of 2.5 meters, times two that would be 15 milliseconds per reading. Cheers Jürgen (20 years ago, 6-Sep-06, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: GBC at BrickFest 2006

(...) I found a yellow LEGO rubber band on the TECHNIC table, so I took it home with me since most everyone was gone by that point. That's probably not a big deal, unlike an entire train regulator. :( (20 years ago, 6-Sep-06, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: GBC at BrickFest 2006

(...) Now that is a nice solution, and not one I'd thought of. Not having the silver brick, I could still use a (non-LEGO! Aaah!) solution of a small pice of reflective tabe or something. Cool. (...) I know that there's one power transformer that is (...) (20 years ago, 6-Sep-06, to lugnet.robotics)

Re: LEGO Adult Fan Convention at Legoland California?

(...) Hey Todd. We have discussed this very thing among our club, and several of our members have been trying to get me to organize such an event here in the San Francisco Bay Area. I even put a small presentation together to pitch to our members, (...) (20 years ago, 6-Sep-06, to lugnet.events)

  Posting difficulties - sorry...

All, it appears we are having an issue with a script that is responsible for reindexing new posts in order to make them browsable through the web. Today, this script got stuck and caused quite a lot of messages to appear with a significant delay. I (...) (20 years ago, 6-Sep-06, to lugnet.announce)

  Negozio in Sicilia

Ciao a tutti! Re: Bluetooth Commands via Perl

(...) I guess no one is using Perl to communicate with the NXT over Bluetooth. Or everyone is busy building bots. I found something that seems to work reliably on my HP Laptop running Windows 2000. It has a built-in CSR Bluetooth module that is 1.1 (...) (20 years ago, 6-Sep-06, to lugnet.robotics.nxt)

2006 Technic Speed Build @ BrickFest

In case anyone is interested, pics from the speed build are on brickshelf. The kit is very large and works reasonable well, with the exception of the winch. After the event we all drafted the kit for parts, and sadly no one else wanted the 10 large (...) (20 years ago, 6-Sep-06, to lugnet.technic)

WTT: My NXT for your SW sets and/or cash

  Re: Blue-tongue Corporate Chopper

(...) That was a cool choice of colors. The dark red contrasts nicely with the blue. I also like the dual rotors and the landing gear. I posted a Stealth chopper a couple of weeks ago that has a motorized rotor and retractable landing gear. You can (...) (20 years ago, 6-Sep-06, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Hey, BrickShelf-users, seen this?

(...) Hi All- Does anyone know how to delete a single image from a brickshelf folder? Is this possible to do without removing and replacing the entire folder? Sorry if this is stupid/already answered long ago. Thanks- Cyndi (20 years ago, 6-Sep-06, to lugnet.general)

Re: A small (and my first) train animation done with MLCad

  Re: LAFD, NYPD minifig-scale models
