But it is small town Saskatchewan... In some similar communities there the town will sell you a property if you just pay off the taxes owing on it. It probably has a value of <$20k. I have just discovered the Lcad->MLcad->l3p->povray method, and though I've only done the first 2 steps, I can see (having seen some nice POV renders on websites) the quality that can be achieved.
