But it is small town Saskatchewan... In some similar communities
there the town will sell you a property if you just pay off the taxes
owing on it.
It probably has a value of <$20k. (cube van probably had a higher
real word value :)
The big question is - what will they do there? Job wise? reral
Saskatchewan might be a nice place to retire on pension, but what do
you do for work?
