  Re: How often

(...) It used to be about every 3 years, but it has been decreasing. I think a set is normally available for 2 years but at a lower level than it was in its first year. This has implications for us as buyers, since we really have just one year to (...) (20 years ago, 2-Dec-05, to lugnet.technic)

Re: Custom Sensor poll (Re: Mindstorms on Slashdot)

(...) I'm not sure about that. Rob's trick is great - I've used it myself, and probably will again (I tend toward the end of "purist", although I confess some of this may not be high moral standards, but laziness).   Re: Implecations of 6 LEGO Units Thick Fence

(...) Hi James, I shifted my response to .build.schleim so you may have missed it ((URL) here>). If you use technic rods you can obtain infinite resolution with firmness by using part 4265 to hold it in place. That will work with my solution using (...)   Re: Is it possible to use LDView as POV-Ray previewer?

The problem is that L3P doesn't allow for arbitrary camera positioning, so there's no way to convert LDView's arbitrary camera position into an L3P command line. Specifically, (...)
