I get the error message "rect3.dat not found continue loading Yes/No". It doesn't matter what I select I still get lots of these messages. I haven't got this file in my directory. What have I done wrong, is there something I haven't downloaded? (...) (20 years ago, 1-Dec-05, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

(...) The person in the photo is likely to be William Swanberg. The photo credit date (Nov 16th) and the location (Portland, OR) match pretty close to when and where he was arrested.
