Re: The history of LEGO in Norway

(...) Oyvind: I have been doing some research on this topic for my lego history site. See: (URL) licensed it's toy molds and sold the technical knowledge to Svein Stromberg A/S in 1953. Several different toys were licensed, including the Ferguson (...) (20 years ago, 22-Nov-05, to lugnet.general)

  Re: My first mecha: Proto-1

I just had to log in and post since NOT posting would have been a crime. :) Excellent first model, Mo! I see LOTS of mobility there, and quite a few modern and not so modern influences in the design.   Re: Random Pneumatic idea/question

(...) Having now made a hydraulic pump, I figured it was time to go to the next step and make a compressor. (URL) This is the first working model. Again, the tank represents the load. I decided to use the pump motor as the switch mechanism for my (...) (20 years ago, 22-Nov-05, to lugnet.technic)

  Google Earth and Legoland

I'm not sure this is really "media watch", it's more like "multimedia watch", but I can't keep this to myself: Google Earth has chosen to include extra high resolution satellite photos of relatively small areas around each of the Legoland parks in (...) (...) Your correct, it isn't that. I know all about -Susb, because I'm using a serial and a usb tower simultaneously with respective rcx's. One sets in a box so their is no IR crossover. I have swapped over the towers. The USB worked perfectly in (...) (20 years ago, 21-Nov-05, to lugnet.robotics.rcx)

  Re: Problem with IR

(...) Since posting I found the old post reporting this problem and have since tried this fix. Alas it didn't work but I will try it again. Steve (20 years ago, 21-Nov-05, to lugnet.robotics.rcx)

Re: Bricklink Admin Bill Swanberg arrested for Lego thefts

(...) Most cashiers working in huge toy stores simply don't care. Pick the one that looks most inexperienced, tired, or both, and you can probably get away with the most amazingly simple scams, provided you don't do it too often. That, I think, was (...)   Re: Legofest di Crema

(20 years ago, 21-Nov-05, to lugnet.org.it.itlug)
