  Re: Brickshelf going away???

(...) I think that this is a very important point. IMHO big images are just a waste of bandwidth (people get frustruated anyway when they realise the dimensions of the image, and hit back in disgust) as well as space. Also, delete unused accounts, (...) (21 years ago, 31-May-05, to lugnet.general)

Re: Fred Meyer Memorial Day Weekend Sale!

(...) This was quite a deal because it overlapped with sales on most of the sets on the shelbes (which were priced from 20-40% off resulting in prices from 40-60% off). Frank (21 years ago, 31-May-05, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Re: Brickshelf going away???

(...) Yes I would also support a free to view, pay to upload system on Brickshelf. I don't know how much work it would take to implement this, but you could have a monthly, quarterly, and/or annual subscription fee that may give you (un)limited (...) (21 years ago, 31-May-05, to lugnet.general)

  Kolla ca-priset....

Vissa har mage att ljuga...är det någon affär ni sett som ens varit i närheten av de priset? BR kan ju vara dyra men inte så...tippar på att det var hälften av detta som var dyrt ca-pris...eller har jag fel? (URL) (21 years ago, 31-May-05, to lugnet.loc.se)

  Re: The Praetor Nova

(...) Wonderful SNOTwork on the nose. Nice wingtips and color scheme. And the greebling- excellent, especially on the engines! It looks like the canopy doesn't open... or did you work in an ingenious way to hide the hinges? I'm always on the lookout (...) (21 years ago, 31-May-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: incredibile..

Re: Botanical Garden of "Steinford"

Absolutely beautiful... The greenhouse looks exceptionally similar to the one in Wellington NZ (I assume it was just a time period...) I love the wheel-barrow, the roses, and the interior of the greenhouse! As well as the overall feeling of (...) (21 years ago, 31-May-05, to lugnet.build, FTX)

  Re: Lego controller

Steve (and others) Read in-between the lines for comments (...) Imagine you have multiple RCX units build in a large model then it is convenient to not have to leave a place open for the connector to program it. During a class session I found that (...)   Re: New Lego controller

(...) Gabe, How do the motor controllers work? It's hard to see from your web page, but I don't see a motor driver, or anything. Are you running the motors directly off the 5v chip? Steve (21 years ago, 31-May-05, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Lego controller

(...) The IR wireless connection served in many of our advanced projects. This just gives you great possibilities with mobile robots. (...) Bluetooth is a very versatile RF-communication that could allow real flexible networking for multi-agent (...) (21 years ago, 31-May-05, to lugnet.robotics)

Re: Bus Iveco Fiat 480.12.21 Turbocity from Turin, Italy

(...) Thank you John for your suggestion! Tile the whole roof would be really nice if Lego would produce the 8x16 light gray tile (at this time there are available only in red and black). If I would use a lot of 1x8 tile the final effect woudn't (...) (21 years ago, 31-May-05, to lugnet.town, FTX)

Re: Gazebos for my wedding cake...

(...) Hi Saskia, Yes, it's official! The wedding went smoothly (whew!), and the cake topper was very well received! The kids at the reception were particularly interested in it... I'll share a picture of it with the cake when I get one. Thanks! Rich (21 years ago, 31-May-05, to lugnet.people.lgbt)

  Re: The Praetor Nova

Very groovy! It's got a more muscled, bigger brother of the Colonial Viper feel. Great SNOT work on the nose and the color scheme is well-balanced. Dave S. "Mark" <markwms@covad.net> wrote in message news:IHBEou.1rDz@lugnet.com... (...) (URL) (...) (...) (21 years ago, 31-May-05, to lugnet.space)

What's the status of LEGO 48x48 mosaics?

LEGO has stopped selling the 48x48 mosaics at LLCA and via lego.com. Anyone know why or if this is permament or if there is a new plan? -Ted (21 years ago, 31-May-05, to lugnet.build.mosaic, FTX)

  Re: Lpub Dual Callout

(...) Hi Philo, I've uploaded a DAT file to brickshelf that uses multiple pointers with a single callout, and a bunch of other tests. I made this file at the recommendation of Mike Walsh. I use it to test LPub. I'm updating the documentation to (...) (21 years ago, 31-May-05, to lugnet.cad)

Re: The Wikipedia Article (was: Re: About the term "AFOL")

(...) Updated a bit, under the 'community' bit, since RTL was really the second online community, being preceeded by ATL. There was mention recently about the Lego community in 1991 (in reference to the switch to 9V tracks), but I don't know if that (...) (21 years ago, 31-May-05, to lugnet.general, lugnet.faq)

  Lpub Dual Callout  [DAT]

I want to use the same callout twice in the same step. I tried to use the following code (and variations...), but when generating layouts Lpub complains that a file (MPDname_0_04_co_1.png) is missing. And after that one of the bars is missing in the (...) (21 years ago, 31-May-05, to lugnet.cad)

  Re: incredibile..

(21 years ago, 31-May-05, to lugnet.org.it.itlug)

  Lego controller

Martijn, Most of these are pretty clear. Of course, this discussion comes up every few months. But I have a couple questions... On Tue, May 31, 2005 5:44 am, Martijn Boogaarts said: (...)
