Ooops! - Was: New Technic at Argos

Dear all, I know I have posted two essentially identical posts, but my newsreader at home was playing up and wouldn't send the item last night, so I sent a brief one from it from work this morning, then as soon as I fired this damn thing up tonight (...) (25 years ago, 2-Aug-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)

Re: problem with the fire logo pieces...

(...) Geez, misalignment above is NOTHING like misalignment below. (just like wandering over the centerline is nothing like wandering into the shoulder, right?) Whatever were you thinking? (25 years ago, 2-Aug-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  Don't want your Mindstorms?

  How much for Majisto's Tower?

Hey everyone! I was wondering if anyone might tell me how much a 1906 would cost me. I don't know anything about Majisto's Tower. Not wether it's rare or not, or what would be a reasonable price. Never even saw it before, just found out about it on (...) (25 years ago, 2-Aug-99, to lugnet.general)

  Re: train club

I checked the Great American Train Show schedule. They're coming here October 30th. We could possibly do something for that. I guess we would need to start our club first. Jimmy (25 years ago, 2-Aug-99, to lugnet.loc.us.nc.ral, lugnet.loc.us.nc)

  4-6-2 Steam Engine  [DAT]

This is the 4-6-2 Steamer I built a while ago. You may have seen it at the Carlsbad Legofest or when I mentioned it on RTL a while ago.   Re: Walmart sale

(...) Ya. I didn't take notes but I think all those plus a few more. Ferinstance, they had the big amazon adventurers discounted. Some of the ones you list I could swear had a bit more of markdown. But I could be wrong, YMMV. (25 years ago, 2-Aug-99, to lugnet.market.shopping)

These models are awesome. I like the detail in the three dimensional landscape... the track following the river's edge and a river where the water level actually gets progressively lower: (URL) too bad TLG group doesn't have a "freestyle" or (...) (25 years ago, 2-Aug-99, to lugnet.trains)

  idea: flashlight follower

I made a flashlight follower using two motors placed underneath the RCX in the middle (so it can turn in place), two skid-plates, and a light sensor mounted on one end. I made it a week ago as inspiration for the LEGO summer-campers that came to (...) (25 years ago, 2-Aug-99, to lugnet.robotics)
