On Tue, 27 Jul 1999 17:07:48 GMT, Richard Dee uttered the following profundities... A UK Technic box is an idea for a box to be sent around the UK for trade.   Re: General Box #3

You CAN put me first on the list for this one if you want ;-) I can trade wheels for wheels all day long, and actually need a little blue right now. And I probably won't touch the classic windows, either. (...) (25 years ago, 1-Aug-99, to lugnet.market.jambalaya)

  Re: Junk Box #2

Put me on this list too. Lar, you already have my address ;-) But I don't need/want to be first, since I have the minifig box on its' way to me. Put me at least 3rd on the list, if not lower. (...) (25 years ago, 1-Aug-99, to lugnet.market.jambalaya)

WTT: My Train Parts for your Fire Truck Parts

The subject says it all. I guess all this recent talk of buying train parts got me thinking. I don't really use my train elements any more, having gotten a job with a real railroad, so I figured that I might as well trade them for something I can (...) In article (...) I can take a look at the problem if you try downloading the program in verbose mode by using the -v option... nqc -v -d foo.nqc and send me (dbaum@enteract.com) the output. That should at least tell me where the communication is (...) (25 years ago, 1-Aug-99, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: WTB Train Parts

(...) Ya, that's the ticket. I was just talking about that to my wife, Morgan Fairchild... :-) Someone should send them the absolutely insane prices you and I seem to be willing to pay... at those prices a decent pack would be 99.95. (25 years ago, 1-Aug-99, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

  Re: WTB Train Parts

(...) it (...) Tom, Perhaps I have come to understand only one meaning of that statement, or perhaps I don't see it as racist. Either way, it was not meant as a racial slur. Also, I think that Lar was referring to not wanting the train _door_ from (...) (25 years ago, 1-Aug-99, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

Wal Mart seems to be running a sale (tagged by them as a clearance, but at 20-25% discounts it ain't a clearance yet), at least at the 28th street store in Kentwood (GR) Some of the CyberSlam and City Center sets even have seemed to have been marked (...)   Junk Box #2

This box is ready to go. Standard procedure, eh? Post your desire as a followup to this post. (...) That's all it is, I don't see how to take it any other way.
