...is so cool! I've never used it before. But this is a dream! I just ordered 3 of those big "Hailfire Droid" wheels, so now I can finally have a go at building a model of this: (URL) Iain (21 years ago, 11-Feb-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: 32 long (again)

(...) I'm still forming around in my head the idea of something with rope. Not rope climbing, but something lateral. Rope transversing/pickup. Flycams. Delta-by-rope. Something where you'd have this big long span of rope with the robots moving along (...) (21 years ago, 11-Feb-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: 4883 + tyre = American truck

(...) 2 quick off the cuff things I know of... cabover vs conventional, and total bumper to bumper length. Someone European can comment in more detail but IIRC, European loading gauges and length restrictions tend to make shorter trucks more (...) (21 years ago, 11-Feb-05, to lugnet.build, FTX)

Re: Peak Diesel Engine (was Re: BNSF new paint)

(...) Hey just had to chime in. I like the engine, but I had to add that I like the "support beam visible through the vent effect" that you did with the SNOTted grille tiles. Chris (21 years ago, 11-Feb-05, to lugnet.trains)

(...) That's the other thing, iss\ we need to think of a good contest for this summer...something to get BRUCE and ROB back in the gig. :) Not something like Steve's Balls or whatever. Calum (21 years ago, 11-Feb-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

Hello! (...) That's up to your imagination... Lar, however, had a point. "Chinese screens" sounds plausible. Thanks! Bye Jojo (21 years ago, 11-Feb-05, to lugnet.build, lugnet.town)

  Re: 32 long (again)

(...) Now I have this mental image of 5 rtlToronto guys showing up at the next copmetition with bubblejet printers built out of air tanks, RCX's and 32 long axles. :) Iain (21 years ago, 11-Feb-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: 32 long (again)

(...) Oh! that's a great point. I've always had problems with 12-longs not being long enough for doing this. I kind of forgot about it. Ok, now I want more. Derek (21 years ago, 11-Feb-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: 32 long (again)

(...) 32-long axles, and there is NO stop, it's a normal axle. The upcoming large technic crane seems to use one too. Seems like it's made of the same type of ABS as the others, so at that lenght its relatively flexible, and twistable. The best use (...) (21 years ago, 11-Feb-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: 4883 + tyre = American truck

(...) I don't know if it really matches a Peterbuilt or a Mack but ye-Gods man, I'd say you have one awesome looking truck none the less. It certainly appeals to me, and once again reminds me that 2005 is going to be a banner year for Lego sets. Out (...) (21 years ago, 11-Feb-05, to lugnet.build, FTX)

Airzooka? hmm Was: Fungerande Lego kanon

Vad tror ni om att använda en airzooka som vapen på en stridsvagn. Den är ju stor men inte tung (0,5 kg enligt hobbex).
