Oh yeah... :) I couldn't really give any advice for creating your own. There are a few mosaic-making programs. You can try them and see if you really like one in particular's output. Michael, I enjoy a challenge. :) Using that image, here's what I came up with using my grayscale shading technique: (URL) Feel free to use the image.
