  Re: LEGO museum in Ohio?

(...) Probably the fact that the owners/curators live in the area and found a building on the cheap there. I would imagine there's a slightly smaller following for Lego than there is for football, baseball, or basketball (HoF in Springfield, MA, (...)   Re: Sphere-Pod

Hey Duane, I'm not a big fan of the engine (looks a little like Nemo with those lines), but absolutely love the way you got all that detail into something of that shape at that size. I could easily imagine this as an escape pod in a larger ship or (...) (21 years ago, 24-Jan-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: My new page at MOCpages.

(...) "The TGV by far is my Favorite train." ... Now there is an understatement. Those of us who know Dave always give him a bad time about the custom padded aluminum briefcase he carries it around in. It went as carry on when PNLTC flew down to (...) (21 years ago, 24-Jan-05, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: LEGO museum in Ohio?

(...) Well, the Pro Football Hall of Fame is in Canton because one of the most dominant football franchises of the early days was the Canton Bulldogs. The baseball hall of fame has a slightly more (URL) convoluted history>. But it has history. What (...) (21 years ago, 24-Jan-05, to lugnet.loc.us.oh, lugnet.general, FTX)

Hello! (...) OK, to get things straight: The post you just answered to was a re-post because the original post was cancelled for it contained some bad words (quotations of Duane Hess' bad words) that are **ed in this re-post. The original posting (...) (21 years ago, 24-Jan-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: Police Assault Vehicle

(...) The more I look at this, the more I like it. The thumb posted doesn't do this justice. Your turret design is great! I like the off-center driver's viewport too. It also doesn't hurt that it looks a bit like (URL) 6927>. The instructions were (...) (21 years ago, 24-Jan-05, to lugnet.town, FTX)

  Re: Cross platform GUI

Personally I don't think using GTK under Windows is a good idea. (...) "Typical" ?!?!? I'm the only one building them! Just kidding, yes the Quadra-ped style bay was something I really wanted to try and it adds nicely to the 3 other Mech Bays I have. I now have 4 Moonbases, a total of 14 baseplates! (...) Right (...) (21 years ago, 24-Jan-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)

Re: Moonbase Module: Mech Bay 08 - Chili Den

(...) The planters and open-faced helmets are a departure from the usual "hostile environment" theme, and so this would be hard-pressed to fit well into any moonbase display I've ever seen.
